As a birth doula, they offer continuous support for you and your partner throughout labour and birth, along with three two-hour birth preparation sessions in the comfort of your home and two postnatal visits to reflect on your birth experience and provide emotional support.

Beyond doula care, Super Doula draws on complementary therapies to support wellbeing during this transformative time. Pregnancy and postnatal acupuncture helps address the physical and emotional changes of motherhood, while reiki offers gentle energy healing to support balance in the body.
