Beyond traditional yoga styles, Sunny specialises in Yoga Therapy and trauma-informed yoga, having deepened her study in yoga philosophy, anatomy, and therapeutic applications. The Ashtanga Primary Series, also known as Yoga Chikitsa, forms a core part of her teaching—a practice recognised for its therapeutic benefits.
