About Sunny Day Coaching
Sunny Day Coaching offers one-to-one child and adolescent mental health and wellbeing coaching for young people aged 6–19. The practice supports children and teenagers with a range of concerns including anxiety and worry, stress and anger, emotional regulation, self-esteem and confidence, school reluctance, motivation and focus, neurodivergence, and healthy boundaries.
The coaching approach combines wellness coaching with tailored support for the specific challenges young people face. Whether a young person needs help managing their emotions, building resilience, or developing better focus, Sunny Day Coaching works to meet them where they are.
