About Sue Wall Therapy
Sue Wall Therapy offers counselling and psychotherapy for adults aged 18 and over, available both online and in person. As an integrative counsellor, Sue uses Clarkson's five systemic relationships as her framework, drawing on person-centred and psychodynamic modalities combined with neuroscientific theory to understand how the autonomic nervous system influences emotional wellbeing.
Sue specialises in somatic experiencing and somatic bodywork, working with the mind-body connection to help clients process difficult experiences. Her therapeutic approaches address anxiety, panic attacks, depression, postnatal depression, bereavement, trauma (including C-PTSD and PTSD), dissociation, and anger. Psychodynamic therapy explores how unconscious thoughts and perceptions developed over time, while person-centred work creates a supportive space for self-discovery and healing.
Sue is a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP, registration 403487). She works with individuals seeking support through life transitions, emotional difficulties, and trauma recovery, offering a thoughtful, evidence-informed approach grounded in both psychological theory and somatic awareness.
