Sue O'Brien Counselling offers individual and couples therapy using systemic and Internal Family Systems (IFS) approaches. Sue helps you explore how the external systems in your life affect your internal family system, creating space for meaningful change.
Sue has particular skill in working with relationship issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, guilt, shame, fear, grief, anger, suicidal thinking, self-harm, disordered eating, and substance use. She is an Accredited Professional Member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society.
Therapy is available in person or online. Individual sessions are £80, with a reduced rate of £60 for students. A free 30-minute online introductory session is available to help you decide if this is the right fit. Couples therapy is £120 for the first session (90 minutes) and £60 for follow-on sessions (60 minutes).
