Sue Boughton is a birth and postnatal doula, massage practitioner, and baby feeding specialist offering holistic support throughout pregnancy, labour, and the postnatal period. She combines deep expertise in therapeutic massage with a compassionate approach to one of life's most significant transitions.

Her massage services blend pregnancy, labour, and postnatal techniques with shiatsu and Swedish massage, specially designed to support your body's changing needs. She trained in pregnancy, labour, and postnatal massage with Suzanne Yates, and offers extended massage sessions that incorporate Spinning Babies techniques for additional support during pregnancy. Pregnancy and postnatal acupuncture are also available to complement her hands-on work.

As a birth doula, Sue provides continuous emotional and practical support during labour, available for both in-person home birth support and virtual birth support.
