Working as a UKCP-registered psychotherapist, Stuart provides general counselling sessions alongside specialist work with couples navigating relationship challenges and individuals processing both complex developmental trauma and trauma from specific events.

Sessions are delivered flexibly to suit your needs and preferences. Stuart works face to face, online, and through walk and talk therapy outdoors, recognising that online therapy can be both essential and preferable for many people, rather than a compromise on quality. This creative, adaptable approach ensures you can access support in the way that works best for you.

Drawing on gestalt psychotherapy and systemic coaching practices, Stuart also works with organisations, blending experience in organisational consulting and facilitation with psychotherapeutic insight.
