About Strength in Struggle
Strength in Struggle offers counselling and neurofeedback to support individuals experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and high sensitivity. The practice takes an integrative, trauma-informed approach, drawing on EMDR-informed and Flash-informed principles alongside EFT tapping techniques, HeartMath tools, and biofeedback to support emotional wellbeing.
Services include general counselling sessions, bereavement counselling, EMDR therapy, EFT sessions, hypnotherapy, family and systemic therapy, and IFS coaching. Neurofeedback is also available as a standalone or complementary treatment.
Strength in Struggle is BACP registered and NCPS accredited, with additional membership of ACEP (Association for Comprehensive Energy Psychology) and BUPA recognition. The practitioner holds diplomas in hypnotherapy and psychotherapeutic counselling.
