About Steve Sheward CBT & EMDR Therapist

Steve Sheward is a Senior CBT and EMDR Therapist, fully accredited with the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) and trained to level 3 in Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) with full accreditation from the EMDR Association UK & Ireland.

Steve offers Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and EMDR therapy to help with a wide range of mental health concerns. These include depression and low mood, anxiety, panic attacks, generalised worry, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and other traumas, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), eating disorders, social anxiety, low self-esteem and confidence, phobias including agoraphobia, and bereavement. He also provides anger management therapy and general counselling support.

Beyond talk therapy, Steve offers mood and mental health nutrition guidance to support your overall wellbeing alongside therapeutic work.

In addition to individual therapy, Steve provides Behavioural Couple Therapy (BCT) for couples seeking support together. He also offers clinical supervision to BABCP accredited CBT therapists and practitioners.
