Haines offers a range of hands-on therapies including craniosacral therapy, biodynamic craniosacral therapy, shiatsu massage, and chiropractic treatment. He also teaches and promotes Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE®) as a self-regulation tool, recognising touch as a powerful medium for healing and change.
