Stephanie provides counselling in multiple formats to suit your needs. Face-to-face sessions offer the traditional therapeutic experience in a calm, comfortable environment. If you prefer flexibility, she also offers online counselling via Zoom and telephone counselling, making therapy accessible however works best for you.
