About Stephanie Bardell
Stephanie Bardell is a BANT and CNHC Registered Nutritional Therapist offering personalised nutrition and lifestyle medicine support. During an initial consultation, she assesses your general health, symptoms, family and health history, dietary and lifestyle habits, and digestive function to understand your unique needs.
Working with you, Stephanie devises an individual health and lifestyle plan tailored to your circumstances. This may include dietary changes, nutritional supplementation where necessary, and vitamin injections to support your wellbeing. Where helpful, she can also organise functional diagnostic testing through private laboratories, including full blood work, vitamin status assessment, stool and gut investigation, hormone testing, and food intolerance screening.
Stephanie combines evidence-based nutritional therapy with a lifestyle medicine approach, helping clients address the root causes of their health concerns rather than simply managing symptoms. Whether you're looking to optimise your nutrition, explore food sensitivities, or develop a comprehensive health strategy, she works collaboratively to empower you with practical, sustainable changes.
Registered with both the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT) and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), Stephanie brings professional credentials and a commitment to ongoing best practice in nutritional therapy.
