About Stacey Hart Therapy
Stacey Hart Therapy offers counselling and psychotherapy for a wide range of life challenges. As a member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (MBACP), Stacey provides both face-to-face and online sessions via Zoom or FaceTime, making support accessible for busy clients.
Specialist areas include bereavement and loss counselling, helping you navigate grief and major life transitions. Stacey also works with anxiety, depression, limiting beliefs and negative thinking patterns. For those experiencing relationship difficulties, couples counselling and separation or divorce counselling are available, recognising that divorce can feel like losing a part of yourself.
Additional support is offered for parents managing a child with mental health or learning difficulties, and for young people aged 18–30 working through issues specific to that life stage. Group therapy sessions provide a therapeutic space to connect with others facing similar challenges.
Beyond one-to-one work, Stacey hosts online counselling and therapy webinars and face-to-face training, extending access to mental health support and education.
