The service takes a choice-led, respectful approach. For those affected by trauma or long-term adversity, they work at a pace that feels safe, with careful attention to boundaries. If anxiety or stress are taking up too much space in daily life, or you're experiencing emotional heaviness, numbness, or loss of motivation, they offer a non-judgmental space to explore what's happening.
They also support people through grief and loss—including bereavement, miscarriage, separation, or major life change—without expectations about how or when you should move on. Relationship and family difficulties, including conflict, communication problems, and repeated patterns, can be explored in a reflective setting. Additional support is available for self-esteem and identity concerns, as well as counselling that recognises and respects neurodiversity, including autism and ADHD.
