St Leonards Studio is a holistic wellness space offering a wide range of massage, bodywork, and energy therapies alongside movement and mindfulness classes. The studio specialises in therapeutic massage techniques including shiatsu, deep tissue, sports massage, Thai foot massage, facial massage, and craniosacral therapy—a whole-body, fully clothed energetic treatment. Reflexology services work with reflex points throughout the feet related to organs, while Indian head massage targets sinus relief and tension.

Beyond hands-on therapies, St Leonards Studio provides reiki energy healing, qigong classes, tai chi, yoga (including chair-based yoga for people with balance and mobility issues), and pilates. The studio also hosts gong baths for deep relaxation, meditation group classes, and other holistic practices designed to support physical and emotional wellbeing.

Many treatments are offered through the People's Health Alliance Therapy Afternoons, which provide low-cost access to therapies on four Tuesdays each month. Shiatsu clinics run on the 1st and 3rd Friday afternoons of each month, making regular care accessible to the community.
