General podiatry treatment addresses common foot problems including corns, calluses, verrucae, fissures, fungal infections and ingrown toenails. For more complex nail issues, Spring Podiatry provides nail surgery for ingrowing or problem toenails, carried out under local anaesthetic. Verruca treatment is available through both SWIFT microwave therapy—a pioneering microwave treatment that elevates tissue temperature to destroy viral cells—and verrucae needling, described as an effective approach for persistent or painful cases.

Biomechanical assessment identifies mechanical causes of foot pain, with abnormalities and imbalances then addressed through suitable orthotics, including bespoke lab-made options using 3D scanning. The practice also offers vascular assessments using ultrasound to evaluate arterial supply to the lower limb, and diabetic foot risk assessments to identify changes caused by diabetes, including nerve and blood supply evaluation. Wound care and dressing appointments support healing from ulceration and post-operative wounds.

Additional treatments include dermal filler with hyaluronic acid, which can be injected to add cushioning for painful calluses, corns or areas of thin skin.
