Lisa provides Reiki at Master Teacher level, having trained since 2014 and progressed through Levels 2 and 3. Clinical Reflexology, achieved at Level 5 in 2018, forms another core offering, with specialist sessions available for babies and children.
Beyond these foundational services, Spirit Body & Mind draws on shamanic healing to help transform blocks and patterns, alongside womb healing work focused on clearing fear and pain. Complementary offerings include card, rune and drum readings for spiritual guidance, as well as Munay-Ki sessions for those seeking deeper relaxation and energetic alignment.
