South Bucks Karate Academy has been bringing the physical and mental benefits of martial arts to students for over 30 years. The academy offers traditional karate training based on classical Japanese Wado Ryu Karate, alongside Ed Parker's Kenpo for adult students.

Junior classes follow a rolling six-month programme and include karate fundamentals, self-defence training, bullying awareness sessions, and stranger danger education, alongside merit badge evenings. These classes are designed to build confidence, discipline, and practical safety skills in young people.

Adult students benefit from a range of karate and Kenpo training tailored to their experience level and goals. Whether you're looking to develop self-defence capability, improve fitness and focus, or build long-term martial arts practice, South Bucks Karate Academy combines traditional technique with an approachable, enjoyable learning environment.
