About Sophie Webb
Sophie Webb is a qualified acupuncturist and wellness coach offering traditional acupuncture and health coaching to help you reboot your brain and body. She is a member of the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC) and MBAcC.
Sophie provides 1:1 acupuncture treatments both in-person and via online video consultations, where she conducts full acupuncture diagnosis. She also offers blissful group sessions designed for deep restoration, reset and calm. Each session includes pulse and tongue diagnosis, alongside lifestyle and nutrition recommendations tailored to your needs.
Beyond needle acupuncture, Sophie teaches online self-acupressure tuition so you can continue supporting yourself at home. Her health and creative coaching addresses both wellbeing and practical creativity, helping you work through blocks and find practical ideas to support yourself. If your creativity has hit a wall, she will coach you through it.
For workplaces, Sophie runs The Reboot Room—a virtual wellness programme designed to keep people on the right side of energised, travelling to organisations that want to prioritise staff wellbeing.
