Sophie Clarke Counselling offers person-centred talking therapy in a warm, non-judgmental, confidential relationship. As a Member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP), Sophie brings a grounded, respectful approach to working with clients navigating life's challenges and seeking meaningful change.
Sophie specialises in somatic approaches to therapy. As a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, she listens with you to the story of the body, helping you connect with your own inner resources for healing and growth. She also offers somatic bodywork and is training in NeuroAffective Touch, a therapeutic use of touch to support body-mind integration.
Beyond one-to-one client work, Sophie provides supervision for counsellors and psychotherapists, creating a space where practitioners can freely explore their work in a supportive environment.
