Solution-focused brief therapy is used throughout to help clients identify practical solutions and build resilience.
The practice is accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH), and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC). The therapist holds an NCIP Accredited Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Counselling Supervision and also provides clinical supervision for other professionals.
