About Somatic Revival
Somatic Revival offers trauma-informed somatic therapy designed to help you release held stress and support nervous system regulation. With over 20 years of practice as an experienced somatic movement therapist, the practitioner creates a calm, grounded space for clients seeking deeper healing.
Services include one-to-one somatic experiencing and breathwork sessions, as well as small group experiences and somatic movement classes. Individual and group sessions may incorporate movement, breathwork, therapeutic touch and myofascial release therapy, tailored to your needs. Halotherapy is also available as part of the offering.
The work is relational and trauma-informed, drawing on training and qualifications in trauma-informed bodywork, breathwork and nervous system regulation.
