Reflexology is offered as a complementary therapy for stress, anxiety, and tension. The practice has also developed particular expertise in fertility and maternity reflexology, recognising that reflexology can play an important part in supporting both natural and assisted conceptions. Treatment is extremely gentle and tailored to individual circumstances.
Sole Retreat also offers reiki and energy healing, as well as couples workshops and retreats, providing holistic support for relaxation and connection.
