Simon Howes is a professional and caring counsellor and psychotherapist offering both in-person and remote sessions. He is a BACP Senior Accredited Member, registered on the BACP Register, and holds a diploma recognised by the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP).
Simon's five-year training was grounded in an integrative model, which allows him to draw on a range of therapeutic approaches tailored to your needs. He works with integrative counselling, psychodynamic therapy (exploring your past and childhood), and cognitive and behavioural approaches that examine the thoughts behind your actions.
Sessions are available face-to-face, by telephone, or online via Zoom, giving you flexibility in how you access support.
