Sian Naftal Counselling & Psychotherapy offers integrative counselling and psychotherapy in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment. Sian holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling with CPCAB and is accredited with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

Sian specialises in several key areas. She works with couples, having completed a Certificate in Couples Therapy in 2019 and successfully supporting couples ever since to improve communication and navigate relationship difficulties. She has extensive experience in bereavement counselling, having worked as a bereavement counsellor at Hackney Bereavement Centre and specialising in issues around loss and grief.

Sian is a member of the British Infertility Counselling Association (BICA) and specialises in infertility counselling, supporting clients with infertility issues and related anxiety and depression. She also works with pregnancy-related concerns, including antenatal tests and results, miscarriage, pregnancy and baby loss, and pre-natal and post-natal anxiety and depression. Her expertise extends to general anxiety and anxiety related to pregnancy, infertility and loss.

Additionally, Sian has completed a diploma in psychosexual therapy and offers individual sex therapy. She runs two monthly support groups—one for pregnancy and baby loss, and one for infertility—providing peer support alongside individual counselling.
