About Sheila White
Sheila White is an HCPC-registered dramatherapist and member of the British Association of Dramatherapists, offering creative arts psychotherapy to support individuals dealing with anxiety, trauma, grief, and complex emotional challenges.
Sheila provides general counselling sessions and drama therapy, drawing on over ten years of experience working with autistic individuals and neurodivergent clients. She specialises in bereavement counselling, with particular expertise in supporting people through miscarriage, stillbirth, and neonatal loss. She also works with young people aged 14 and above, and with actors and performers navigating rejection, self-doubt, and performance anxiety.
