Sheffield Woman to Woman Counselling & Psychotherapy offers specialist support for life change and trauma through mid-long term in-person and online counselling and psychotherapy available year round. The practice provides psychologically safe methods of resolving the impact of past hurts and traumas that may have been affecting you for years.
In addition to general counselling sessions, the service includes walk and talk therapy and ecotherapy (April to November), offering outdoor therapeutic work in natural settings. The practice is also developing an eco-psychotherapy approach called Landscape Heritage Therapy.
