Sharon is a qualified integrative and trauma-informed counsellor and psychotherapist, accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, and brings extensive experience to her work with individuals and couples.
She specialises in anxiety, depression, and bereavement counselling, helping clients navigate stress and emotional difficulty with evidence-based approaches. Sharon also offers ADHD-affirming therapy, with particular expertise in supporting those experiencing late diagnosis, alongside coaching to help manage ADHD-related challenges. Her couples counselling addresses relationship difficulties including disconnection, affairs, and sexual concerns, drawing on her deep interest in relationship dynamics and healing.
Trauma-informed practice underpins all of Sharon's work. She is experienced in supporting clients through grief, trauma, and the impact of neurodivergence on daily life.
