About Sharon Lees
Sharon Lees is an Integrative Counsellor registered with the National Counselling Society and a qualified Hypnotherapist registered with the National Hypnotherapy Society. She brings experience of working with stress, anxiety, depression, grief and bereavement, alongside 18 months of experience as a play and outreach worker supporting children and young people.
She offers general counselling sessions and integrative counselling for a wide range of concerns. Her hypnotherapy practice includes smoking cessation, where clients receive a personal recording to support their journey, as well as applications for pain relief and addressing fears and phobias. She also provides bereavement counselling and self-esteem therapy.
Beyond talk-based approaches, Sharon draws on complementary techniques including EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and Reiki. She offers past life regression and healing work, alongside tarot reading and aura cleansing and reading for those seeking deeper insight. Her practice also includes creative approaches such as working with clay in the therapy room, recognising that expressive methods can reach what words alone sometimes cannot.
Sharon has particular experience supporting people navigating trauma, workplace challenges, and significant life transitions. She values walk and talk therapy, drawing on the healing potential of the natural world, and tailors her approach to each person's unique needs and circumstances.
