About SeeChange Nutrition

SeeChange Nutrition combines one-on-one nutrition coaching with personal training to help you build sustainable habits and achieve your fitness goals. Whether you're training for a specific event like a marathon or competition, or simply looking to improve your overall health, the service is tailored to fit your unique needs and lifestyle.

Every client begins with a comprehensive assessment. This includes strength and fitness tests, flexibility and mobility evaluation, body composition analysis using biometric scales to track weight and body fat percentage, and an initial dietary assessment. This thorough approach ensures your plan is as bespoke as possible.

Personal training is available as one-on-one sessions at £45 per 60 minutes, with flexible pay-as-you-go or monthly options. For those who prefer group settings, partner training and group classes are also offered, with group sessions priced at £60–£80 per hour depending on group size.

Beyond in-person work, SeeChange Nutrition provides nutrition talks and webinars designed around your individual circumstances. Sports nutrition coaching is available for those with specific training objectives, helping you fuel your body effectively for peak performance.

As a registered Associate Nutritionist with the AfN, SeeChange Nutrition brings professional expertise to every consultation. The focus is on understanding your current diet and lifestyle, then building a realistic, personalised plan that works for you—not against you.
