Saskia Saunders Counselling offers integrative counselling in a safe, supportive space, combining evidence-based approaches tailored to your needs. As a Registered Member of the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, Saskia brings depth and expertise to her work across a range of life challenges.
Saskia specialises in trauma and couples therapy, drawing on NICE-recommended approaches including Cognitive Processing Therapy and Imago Relationship Therapy. Her experience includes working with bereavement—she has supported individuals through loss as part of a Hospice Bereavement Team—and she is developing specialist knowledge in pet loss counselling. She also offers Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and tapping sessions as part of her integrative toolkit.
