Saskia Chaplin offers a comprehensive range of therapeutic massage and bodywork treatments tailored to relaxation, recovery, and holistic wellbeing. Her practice encompasses holistic massage, deep tissue massage, traditional Thai massage, and craniosacral therapy, each drawing on specialist training and experience.
Saskia qualified in traditional Thai massage with the Bristol School of Thai Massage in 2006, and has since undertaken advanced training in mobilising and deep tissue techniques. In 2008, she completed training in Ayur Yogic massage at Raso Vai Ayurveda in Goa, India, bringing Ayurvedic principles into her bodywork practice. Her craniosacral therapy qualification came in 2010 from the Karuna Institute, where she trained in craniosacral biodynamics. She holds membership with both the Massage Training Institute (MTI) and the Craniosacral Therapy Association (RCST).
