About Sarah Wragg
Sarah Wragg is a registered BANT clinical fertility nutritionist specialising in fertility and reproductive health. She works with couples, women, and men trying to conceive, offering personalised fertility nutrition, acupuncture, and lifestyle support to create the strongest possible foundation for conception, implantation, and a healthy pregnancy.
As a fully qualified Nutritional Therapist and certified NLP practitioner, Sarah combines nutritional therapy with coaching to address the physical and emotional aspects of fertility. She offers fertility acupuncture alongside pregnancy and postnatal acupuncture support, helping women through each stage of their reproductive journey, including follow-on care into pregnancy and the fourth trimester.
Sarah recognises that male factor infertility contributes to around half of fertility challenges, yet is often overlooked—her approach includes support for partners as well as women. She provides specialised coaching for women living with PCOS and endometriosis, offering personalised nutritional and functional medicine support tailored to these conditions.
