About Sarah Morgan-Giles

Sarah Morgan-Giles offers a comprehensive range of holistic and somatic therapies for people and animals, delivered both online and in-person. Her practice centres on body-based healing approaches that work with the nervous system and deeper patterns of wellbeing.

Somatic work forms the core of her offering. She provides Somatic Experiencing, which is based on the work of American psychotherapist Dr Peter Levine, alongside Somatic Bodywork and Somatic Coaching—a practice that helps clients connect with their inner knowing and develop a deeper relationship with their own wisdom.

Craniosacral therapies are also central to her work. Through Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy and Craniosacral Therapy, she offers gentle, light-touch sessions designed to facilitate relaxation and support the body's natural healing processes.
