About Sarah Elcome

Sarah Elcome is a Five Element Acupuncturist qualified in both Traditional Chinese Medicine and Five Element Acupuncture, and a member of the British Acupuncture Council. With massage qualifications and experience spanning over two decades, she offers a comprehensive range of bodywork therapies including holistic massage, shiatsu, reflexology, and craniosacral therapy.

Beyond hands-on treatment, Sarah draws on extensive training in movement and energy practices. She teaches yin yoga, qigong classes, and seasonal breath and movement sessions that weave embodied practices with guided meditation and seasonal wisdom. She also offers one-to-one breathwork sessions and group meditation classes, alongside aura cleansing and readings.

A particular focus of Sarah's work is supporting people through menopause. She offers dedicated menopause support coaching and facilitates the Inner Seasons Menopause Circle, using embodied energy medicine to help clients explore what lies beneath the surface of their experience. She is also a professional face reader, trained in the Master Face Reading Programme with the Lotus Institute.
