About Sarah Belsey-Wood
Sarah Belsey-Wood offers Reiki and sound healing treatments designed to support your wellbeing and inner balance. In Reiki sessions, she creates and holds a space in which innate healing can take place, drawing on her experience as a Reiki Master-Teacher. Her sound healing work uses a variety of sound instruments to provide a sonic immersion that aims to cleanse, relax and stimulate, working to readjust areas of blocked resonance in the body. Sarah also facilitates Reiki Shares, group sessions that give everyone attending a supportive environment in which to engage in Reiki healing together, as well as individual sound bath experiences.
