About Sara Wolfin
Sara Wolfin is a BACP registered therapist and clinical supervisor whose work focuses on enabling people to find more confidence in their lives. She offers a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including humanistic, psychodynamic, and cognitive behavioural therapy, tailored to individual needs.

Beyond this, she works with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and relationship difficulties through couples counselling.
As a qualified EMDR practitioner, Sara offers trauma-focused therapy to help individuals process and recover from traumatic events. She has additional training in working with eating disorders and brings a compassionate, person-centred approach to all her work.
