Her core practice centres on Reiki, including individual sessions and group Reiki shares for up to five people, which often incorporate meditation. She also specialises in Vocal Reiki, a unique combination of Reiki energy and sound energy through toning.

Beyond energy work, Sara provides Indian Head Massage—a seated massage of the upper back, shoulders, neck, head and face—and Hopi Ear Candling using candles made from linen dipped in beeswax and honey.
