Sandie Ennis offers a comprehensive approach to movement, rehabilitation and wellbeing, combining clinical pilates with osteopathy to address pain and support recovery.

Pilates services span multiple formats and settings. Clinical pilates is an effective treatment for neck and shoulder tension and low back pain, available as one-to-one sessions with a targeted and personalised approach suitable for all. Mat pilates, reformer pilates and Body Control Pilates classes are offered both in-person and online, giving you flexibility in how you train. Private sessions and group classes can be joined via Zoom or face-to-face, and corporate classes are available for teams.

Osteopathy complements pilates-based work, particularly when movement alone is not enough. Services include cranial osteopathy and paediatric osteopathy, alongside general osteopathic treatment for pain and mobility.

Specialised rehabilitation is a key focus. The rehabilitation process is particularly effective for people recovering from back or spinal ailments and sports injuries. Post-operative rehabilitation, pregnancy support and postnatal recovery are areas of particular expertise, with dedicated post-natal pilates and pregnancy and postnatal acupuncture available.
