Samantha specialises in counselling for life transitions—those moments when life shifts in ways you didn't expect. This includes support after relationship endings, retirement and work-identity changes, childlessness and grief, chronic health changes, and the transitions of midlife and ageing. Beyond these focal areas, she also works with clients experiencing more general concerns such as anxiety, depression, bereavement, stress, relationship difficulties, and low self-esteem.
Sessions are available in person, online, and by telephone, offering flexibility to suit your circumstances.
