About Sally Wileman
Sally Wileman is a Person Centred Counsellor with over 12 years' experience, offering general counselling sessions and specialised support for a wide range of difficulties. She works with children, young people and adults experiencing anxiety, stress, depression, anger, bereavement and relationship challenges, as well as those navigating identity issues, fears and phobias.
For younger children, Sally uses creative, play-based and art-based approaches to help them express themselves. Her therapeutic toolkit includes sand therapy, puppets, games, painting, clay and drawing—methods designed to make counselling accessible and engaging for children and young people.
Sally has particular experience supporting children and young people on the autistic spectrum and those with ADHD. She also offers ADHD coaching and Active Release Technique (ART) for adults, alongside faith and spiritual counselling for those seeking support grounded in their beliefs.
Whether you're seeking help with a specific difficulty or exploring your wellbeing more broadly, Sally provides a warm, person-centred space where you can be heard and supported at your own pace.
