Beyond traditional yoga, Salisbury Yoga Studio teaches Yoga Nidra, a deeply calming, stress-busting practice of fully guided, conscious relaxation that supports complete physical, mental, and emotional rest. The studio also offers Qigong, a gentle yet powerful somatic flow practice rooted in the principles of traditional Chinese medicine, alongside Somatic Movement classes that integrate mindful movement, simple yoga postures, and breath practices as a form of moving therapy.

Meditation sessions are available as part of the class offering, and the studio runs workshops and retreats throughout the year, including specialist sessions such as Yoga for Menopause.
