The service is independent and impartial, centred on your needs, your rights and the options that work best for you. SAIL also runs support groups, including a Men's Support Group and Women's Psychoeducation Group for survivors, alongside a confidential helpline offering initial advice and referrals to other services. Specialised counselling is available for young people aged 14–17 years.
