Led by Sam, a holistic therapist, breathwork facilitator and coach, the practice specialises in supporting nervous system regulation and recovery.

The massage therapy menu includes Swedish massage for full-body relaxation, targeted back massage focusing on the neck and shoulders, hot stone massage combining heat and therapeutic touch, and Indian head massage performed while seated. Sage also offers reflexology, a complementary therapy based on the principle that the body's systems are mapped in reflex points on the feet, hands and ears, along with Reiki energy healing and a specialised Neal's Yard Natural Face Lift combining traditional facial massage techniques from Japanese and Indian traditions.

Beyond massage and energy work, Sage provides safe, trauma-informed breathwork sessions designed to help your body release tension and return to balance. Sam is a certified breathwork facilitator with the GBPA and also offers one-to-one coaching, including the EmpowerHER programme—a mind-body coaching experience tailored to help women heal, rebuild, and rise.
