Ruth Illger is a Clinical EFT Practitioner and Certified Matrix Reimprinting Practitioner who works with people feeling stuck in emotional patterns. She combines evidence-based EFT (tapping) with Matrix Reimprinting, an advanced form of EFT that works directly with the body and nervous system—where stress responses and limiting beliefs take root. Through one-on-one personalised sessions, Ruth helps you identify and clear the emotional patterns driving anxiety, self-doubt, and feeling stuck, gently exploring and releasing what's been holding you back.
Ruth also offers Reiki (Holy Fire® and Usui) and Sound Bath sessions as complementary approaches to nervous system regulation and wellbeing.
