Specialising in trauma and PTSD treatment, Ruth offers EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) and Trauma-Focused CBT using a narrative approach. She also draws on somatic experiencing and body-work techniques informed by her trauma training, alongside Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Transactional Analysis to support psychological wellbeing from multiple angles.

For those seeking personal development and change, life coaching provides a way of creating focus and implementing new, innovative ways of functioning. Ruth is also an experienced clinical supervisor for psychological therapeutic work, offering one-to-one and group supervision.
