Rosie Berwick is a Registered Craniosacral Therapist and Certified Lactation Counsellor offering gentle, hands-on therapy and specialist feeding support.
Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle, hands-on approach designed to support the body's natural ability to release tension and restore balance. Rosie works with people of all ages, addressing stress, anxiety, depression, recovery from illness, trauma, and digestive issues. She also specialises in supporting the physical changes of pregnancy and easing tensions in babies resulting from birth or positioning in the womb.
As a lactation counsellor, Rosie supports mothers and babies with breastfeeding, drawing on 52 hours of clinical education. She works with families facing complex feeding challenges, including tongue-tie, oral dysfunction, and infant biomechanics. Her home visit assessments cover latch and suck evaluation, oral assessment of the baby, milk supply management, and bottle feeding support.
Rosie also offers general counselling sessions and oral piercing services.
