Roisin McLaughlin is a Medical Herbalist (MNIMH) and Emotional Freedom Coach offering a holistic approach to wellness that combines natural medicine with emotional and somatic practices.

As a qualified herbalist, Roisin specialises in helping women with a wide range of health issues through personalised herbal medicine and targeted nutrition coaching, drawing on natural, holistic solutions to support wellbeing. She works with Western herbal medicine consultations tailored to individual needs.

Roisin integrates emotional and mindfulness-based techniques into her practice, using Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) alongside health coaching to address the mind-body connection. She also works with medical and birth trauma, recognising how past experiences can affect present health.
