With over 60 classes a week, the centre hosts one of the biggest fitness timetables in the Ribble Valley, including aerobics and a brand-new spin studio. Beyond gym equipment, members can access a four-court sports hall, sauna, and steam room. The centre welcomes juniors in years 7–11 to use the Active Gym with cardio and safe resistance machines. For those seeking structured support, the Let's Live Life programme provides 12 weeks of guided physical activity to help increase movement and fitness.
