About Roderick Howie
Roderick Howie is a BACP Registered Counsellor and UKRC Registered Independent Counsellor, trained in person-centred therapy at the Metanoia Institute. He offers one-to-one individual counselling both face-to-face and by telephone, working with clients on a flexible basis from short to long-term support.
Roderick's practice covers a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, stress, bereavement and loss, relationship difficulties, trauma and abuse, building self-esteem, life transitions, identity concerns, and anger.
